WHAT IS REACH FITNESS ANYWHERE?
Reach Fitness Anywhere is a kettlebell fitness membership for those who want to build a strong, fit and badass body.
Many people tell me they want to workout but don't know what to do to get strong, lean and feel amazing. My signature fitness program, Reach Fitness Anywhere, is a small group training program for busy people to get incredible results with minimal equipment, maximum accountability and zero excuses.
There are four weekly workouts, all 45 minutes or less, that can be done from home. The combination of strength and metabolic conditioning helps people shed fat and build muscle like never before. Â
The problem of trying to figure out when you're going to workout, let alone what to do during the workout, is solved when you're a member of Reach Fitness Anywhere. Members save time by cutting out the commute and waiting for equipment at a gym.
Following a program is the secret sauce to finally getting results. But unlike other fitness programs, this one includes not only the guidance of a seasoned professional, but the accountability and motivation of an entire community. We encourage, support and commiserate with one another through all the highs and lows of training and life. You’ll connect and vibe with your new fitness besties!

We do four kettlebell workouts each week. Two are primarily strength focused and two are a combination of strength and endurance. There's also a bonus coaching session each month to discuss anything from nutrition to proper recovery. We track progress each step of the way so you’re not guessing whether or not the workouts are “working.” After three to six months of consistent participation, most people report being stronger than they've ever been!

HI, I'M RACHEL!
I'm a mom, wife, and former athlete who coaches people to get stronger than they've ever been.
I'm a certified personal trainer (NASM), nutrition coach (PN1), and kettlebell (RKC) specialist. My passion is empowering clients to find their inner athlete and get strong, lean and in the best shape of their lives. I've led small group workouts as well as conducted private sessions for hundreds of clients since 2015, both online and in real life. Physical changes like strength gains are a given, but the magic happens with mental and emotional shifts that improve the way clients seen themselves and their abilities.

WHAT YOU NEED
- At least a light/medium and medium/heavy kettlebell - 15 and 25 pound kettlebells are great starter 'bells for most women
- Two kettlebells of the same size (a pair) would be nice too, but not required
- A soft-sided medicine ball -Â 8-12 pounds
- A bench, box, step or chair
- A mat for comfort on the floor
